OUR STORY
BOTANIBOX was born from a journey of healing, self-discovery, and returning to my roots.
Long before BOTANIBOX became a brand, I was searching for solutions for myself.
That frustration made me more intentional about what I put on and into my body, and eventually pushed me deeper into the world of herbs, plant-based ingredients, and natural wellness.
But my connection to herbalism became even more personal during one of the biggest transitions of my life.
After leaving an abusive relationship at 23 and moving back to Florida, I began reconnecting with myself and my roots. Through my Jamaican father and Gullah Geechee mother, I became increasingly drawn to the traditional use of herbs and the knowledge that had been passed down through generations.
During 2025, I traveled to Jamaica almost every month to spend time with my father. Those trips became about so much more than visiting home. I learned more about Jamaican herbal traditions, discovered plants and roots I had never encountered before, and developed an even deeper appreciation for the relationship between nature, the body, and wellness.
At the same time, I've always been fascinated by sensuality, intimacy, confidence, and the way we connect with our bodies. I wanted to create a space where those conversations didn't have to feel embarrassing or taboo—and where caring for your intimate wellness could feel just as normal and intentional as caring for the rest of your body.
That's where BOTANIBOX came to life.
A brand rooted in my own experiences, inspired by my Caribbean and Gullah Geechee heritage, and created for people looking for a more intentional approach to their everyday wellness.
From intimate care and sensitive-skin essentials to traditional herbs for vitality, stamina, and overall well-being, every BOTANIBOX product is created with purpose.
This brand is personal to me because I was the customer I created it for.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping typically takes3–5 business days after your order has shipped. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your package is on the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard U.S. shipping on orders of $40 or more.Orders under $40 have a standard shipping rate of $6.99.

Yes.USPS Priority Mail Express may be available at checkout for U.S. orders only. Pricing and estimated delivery dates are calculated based on your shipping address.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing yourtracking number and tracking link. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package is accepted by the carrier.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST, DAMAGED, OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We stand behind our products, which is why eligible purchases are covered by our30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — even if you've opened and tried the product. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@botanibox.net.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I'VE ALREADY USED IT?
Yes! Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee gives you the opportunity to actually try your product. Opened and reasonably used products may still qualify for a return or refund. Products that have been completely consumed or excessively used may not qualify.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your refund is approved and processed, it will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
CANCELLATIONS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us at contact@botanibox.net as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to prevent future charges and shipments. You can manage your subscription through your customer account or contact us for assistance.
WHAT IF MY SUBSCRIPTION HAS ALREADY RENEWED?
If your subscription has already been charged and the order has been processed, canceling your subscription will stop future renewals, but it will not automatically cancel the order that has already been processed.
